HOOK FIGHTTerms of Use
Hook Fight is licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA). The terms below add a few points specific to the game.
1. The game
Hook Fight is published by Great View Labs ("GVL", "we"). By downloading or playing it, you agree to Apple's Standard EULA and to these terms. If they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls.
2. Purchases and unlockable content
Any optional purchases are sold through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple. Unlocked content and in-game items have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. We may add, change or retire content in updates.
3. It's a game, not fishing advice
Lakes and fish species in Hook Fight are based on real places, but fish behavior, sizes and odds are designed for gameplay. Nothing in the game is guidance about real fishing, fishing locations or regulations. Before fishing real water, check the current rules from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation or your local authority.
4. Fair use
Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Catch cards are yours to share however you like.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Hook Fight running well, but it's provided "as is," without warranties beyond what Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law require. We may update or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived.
